The blaze, which occurred just before 6 p.m. last night, took firefighters approximately 30 minutes to bring under control.
One person was treated for smoke inhalation.
The Red Cross is providing assistance to the two adults and one teenager who lived in the home. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
