The fire marshal says the fire started in the garage on Hamilton Lane.

Crews kept the fire from spreading to the main part of the home, but there is some smoke damage.

Officials don't know if the weather played a role in causing the fire, but the power lines to the home were on the ground when firefighters got there.

Some firefighters were treated for heat exhaustion, but no one had to go to the hospital.
