Wilton officials say all roads in town are now passable for the first time since Hurricane Sandy hit.
First Selectman Bill Brennan says that the storm left more than 100 roads blocked in Wilton.
City leaders say crews have been working hard all week to clear the roads and restore power. They say emergency crews are able to reach all homes in town.
