One of the winner's in News 12's Fitness Face-off is Retro Fitness in Brick.

It features a particular Zumba class on the schedule that is a workout aimed at getting people moving and sweating to some high-energy music.

The class has a party-like/club atmosphere, with dimmed lights and fun music blasting.
