The lawyer for the former Milford police officer accused of killing two teens is trying to get the case moved to another part of the state.
Jason Anderson's attorney says his client will not get a fair trial in Milford because of the publicity surrounding the case.
Anderson is accused of driving his police car more than 90 mph down Route 1 without lights and sirens when he hit 19-year-olds David Servin and Ashlie Krakowski in 2009.
