Four students were arrested Thursday at Harding High School in Bridgeport after a brawl turned into a near riot. Two of the students involved are the grandsons of State Representative Lydia Martinez (D-Bridgeport), who says she is angry over the escalating violence at the school. The superintendent says there has been a decrease in violence at the school this year, and says steps are being taken to prevent these types of incidents. All four students have been suspended for 10 days and were charged with breach of peace. Two of them were also charged with assault, including a female student who allegedly instigated the fight.
