Gov. Ned Lamont announced Tuesday the state has at least 68 confirmed coronavirus cases.
Lamont says he and other officials are expecting the number to rise.
The governor and his administration announced new efforts to help residents and businesses financially through the pandemic.
Officials say they are looking to set up housing for homeless people who need to be quarantined.
They are also looking at alternate places for hospitals in order to have more hospital beds for patients.
