Gov. Ned Lamont says those traveling to Connecticut from other high-risk states will not be fined if they violate quarantine.
He says the state does plan on drafting language that "closely mirrors" New York's, but that a fine won't be part of it.
Travelers from a total of 19 states are subject to a self-quarantine upon arriving in Connecticut.
