Gov. Dannel Malloy says a Connecticut native killed in Afghanistan will be honored in the coming weeks.
The Pentagon says 21-year-old Army Spc. Philip Schiller died in combat last Wednesday.
The governor says flags will be lowered in Connecticut on the day of Schiller's burial, which hasn't been announced yet.
