Cleanup and power restoration efforts were still in full swing in Greenwich Monday following last week's powerful nor'easter.
Crews worked Monday morning to clear trees and get power lines back up and running. Many roads remained blocked or closed.
The Greenwich Parks and Trees Division said it responded to more than 140 calls this weekend.
Businesses were also affected, including Upper Crust Bagel Company on Sound Beach Avenue. Robert Guerrieri said the power went out Friday afternoon and returned late Saturday. He laments that it kept the shop closed on what is typically their busiest day of the week.
Photos show thousands of bagels and dough that had gone bad. The shop's walk-in cooler was too big to power with the generator Guerrieri has on hand.
At the height of the storm, officials said more than 24 percent of the town lost power.
Eversource said it hoped to have power fully restored by Monday night.
