Stamford police say a man who allegedly fired a gun at officers as he was being chased will face a judge tomorrow.
Police say they were first called to the scene after a report of a fight near the La Quinta Inn on Harvard Avenue yesterday morning.
Officers then approached the suspect, Juan Peralta, near an auto parts store, That's when Peralta proceeded to run and fire a single shot from a handgun.
Peralta is facing weapons charges as well as interfering with an officer and resisting arrest.
