(AP) - A court hearing has been scheduled for alawsuit against the owner of a chimpanzee that nearly killed awoman in Connecticut.

The family of Charla Nash filed a lawsuit last month seeking $50million in damages against Sandra Herold, who owned the chimpanzeenamed Travis that attacked Nash in February in Stamford.

Nash's attorneys are seeking an account of Herold's assets. Ajudge has granted a temporary restraining order that preventsHerold from selling or mortgaging her assets, and has scheduled ahearing for Monday on the attorneys' request for detailed financialinformation from Herold.

Nash lost her eyesight, hands, nose, lips and eyelids in theattack and remains in critical but stable condition at Ohio'sCleveland Clinic.
