Darien police say a janitor has resigned from his job at Holmes School after allegedly assaulting a teacher. Robert Munro is accused of grabbing the teacher's wrist and causing a hairline fracture back

Darien police say a janitor has resigned from his job at Holmes School after allegedly assaulting a teacher.
Robert Munro is accused of grabbing the teacher's wrist and causing a hairline fracture back in April.
Police say he turned himself in late last week after learning there was a warrant out for his arrest. He's charged with breach of peace. Police say no one else witnessed the incident.
