Hope Hicks named permanent White House communications director
Greenwich native Hope Hicks has been named the permanent White House communications director.
Hicks has been interim director for about a month since Anthony Scaramucci's 10-day tenure in the position ended.
The 28-year-old is a longtime aide to President Trump and was one of the first staffers to join his presidential campaign.
