16h agoHundreds of Fairfield University students celebrated the annual springtime Clam Jam on Saturday.
Participants celebrated the event this year at Jennings Beach instead of their usual Penfield Beach location due to pavilion renovations.
Fairfield University sponsors the Clam Jam every year.
The beach was sectioned off with metal fencing to separate Clam Jam attendees from other beachgoers.
There was Fairfield and campus police presence, and town officials also looked out for littering.
