Fighter jets were seen across Connecticut Sunday as part of a planned flyover.

The jets were seen between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m.

The five F-15E Strike Eagle aircraft flew over the Hudson River, headed to Manhattan and onto the U.S. Open in Flushing Meadows in Queens, New York.
