Norwalk police say a man is dead after a crash Friday night.
The accident took place on Calf Pasture Beach Road at around 10:30 p.m.
Officials say when they responded to the accident, they found 27-year-old John Soyland partially ejected from his truck. He was rushed to Norwalk Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police say they do not know yet what caused the accident, but it appears Soyland lost control of the vehicle. They say they are waiting for a toxicology report from the state medical examiner.
