Jurors have sentenced a second man to death in the 2007 fatal Cheshire home invasion.
The jury decided Joshua Komisarjevsky should receive the death penalty for the murders of a mother and her two daughters.
Defense attorneys argued Komisarjevsky should not be put to death because he was sexually abused as a child and didn't get the proper psychological treatment.
Komisarjevsky's co-defendant, Steven Hayes, was previously sentenced to death for the crime.
