A Stamford man is facing charges for allegedly breaking into his ex's home and molesting her 12-year-old daughter.
Police say Misael Rivera, 28, was arrested while already in custody on breaking and entering charges.
Investigators say he used a spare key to enter the woman's home and touched the girl while she was in bed.
Police say the child claims he touched several other times in the past.
