Fairfield police say a man is under arrest for public indecency after he was spotted masterbating on his front porch.
Police say the newspaper deliverywoman called them after seeing Richard Walzak touching himself on his front porch on Kings Highway East Monday morning.
The deliverywoman told police Walzak did the same thing on four earlier occasions.
