A man from Virginia is behind bars for allegedly sexually assaulting a child in Norwalk.
Police arrested Edwin Espinoza Monday.
They say the incident happened years ago, but it was brought to the attention of police when he allegedly tried to contact the victim again.
They say he is a family acquaintance.
