A 26-year-old man is being held on $2 million bond for allegedly raping his girlfriend's 13-year-old daughter at least five times.
Fairfield police say they arrested Angel Torres Tuesday.
They say they began investigating in February when the teen's mother took the girl to a guidance counselor.
Officers say Torres lived with the family at the time and would attack the girl after her mother left for work and her older brother went to school.
