A Greenwich man is facing charges for allegedly threatening to kill his neighbor.
Police say Hubert Lewis, 79, was arrested Wednesday after the neighbor showed police a video of the threat.
Investigators say Lewis has been agressive and confrontational several times in the past two years, and at least twice, officers have told him to stop.
