Fairfield police say the owner of a hookah lounge is facing charges for breaking into his own business after it was shut down for safety violations.
Police arrested Jaled Gorra, 41, yesterday after they say he smashed the window of Casablanca Hookah on the Post Road.
Police say they are investigating whether the lounge was a spot for underage drinking and drug use.
They say they have responded to dozens of complaints at the lounge.
Gorra is charged with disorderly conduct. Investigators say more charges could come.
