Man drives injured stranger on PCP to hospital
Hundreds are calling a Bridgeport man a hero after he drove an injured stranger on drugs to the hospital.
Gabriel Brunot, 24, says he was driving home late Sunday night when he found a man on the side of the road in need of help.
Without hesitation, the local artist opened his door and offered a ride to the stranger.
"I figured I could go drive home and try to sleep and hear about a man that died on Main Street, or I could possibly give him redemption," Brunot says.
Police say the injured man was on PCP and had punched a window, leaving shattered pieces of glass in his arm.
There is no word on the man's condition, and police say no charges have been filed against him.
