Man facing murder charges back in jail
A Bridgeport man who is facing murder charges is reportedly back behind bars today because he caused a disturbance at a diner when his food was cold.
Dennis Berrios was arrested in 2014 for allegedly hitting Tryon Tate with his pick-up truck on Noble Avenue and fleeing the scene.
Published reports say Berrios got into a fight with the owner of the New Colony Diner on Main Street earlier this month and threatened two officers who responded to the call.
Reports say he told them he knew their names and would slowly kill their families.
The judge reportedly revoked Berrios' bond, saying he has a deep hatred of police and should not be free until he stands trial.
