Police say a man from Ansonia is dead after his car smashed into a road closure put in place after an earlier fatal accident.
They say Tereck Lee, 30, was killed when his car smashed into a Department of Transportation truck that was on the scene because of the first accident.
The driver of the DOT vehicle was taken to the hospital.
