A large, violent fight at a Norwalk nightclub has police taking a closer look at El Paraiso Cafe.
About 25 officers responded to the 40-person fight at the club on West Avenue about 2 a.m. Saturday. Authorities say two people were treated at the hospital and one man, who was combative with officers, was arrested after police found that he had an outstanding warrant.
The incident marks the second time in two weeks officers have responded to the club. Last Saturday, they found a man on the ground with a bullet wound to his hip. Liquor licensing officials are also investigating whether El Paraiso Cafe sold alcohol to minors.
