The Jewish community says it won't give into the hate left behind by vandals at the JCC in Woodbridge.
Swimmers showed up Wednesday morning to find a swastika spray-painted on the sidewalk. The JCC says the incident must have happened sometime between closing Tuesday night and 5:30 a.m. Wednesday.
The incident comes days after hateful messages were found on the doors of St. Joseph's Church in New Haven. The JCC says it is working with multifaith groups to beef up security at houses of worship across the state.
The JCC says this is an ongoing investigation and that the FBI and Anti-Defamation League have been asked to help.
