Metro-North warns of delays

Metro-North Railroad is warning riders of delays due to wet leaves.  The MTA says leaves that fall on the rails get crushed and produce an oily substance. They say that can cause wheels to slip

Metro-North Railroad is warning riders of delays due to wet leaves. 
The MTA says leaves that fall on the rails get crushed and produce an oily substance.
They say that can cause wheels to slip or slide as a train speeds up or slows down. 
Metro-North says trains will reduce speeds in problem areas.
