Residents of one Bridgeport neighborhood fear for their safety and their families after a shooting took place Saturday in broad day light.

Residents of Price Street say the neighborhood is full of kids who often walk to school. Families now fear for the safety of their children on these streets after the shooting just after 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. Police have not released any information about the victim?s condition.

Police are asking anyone with information to call the Bridgeport Police Department.
