Milford K9 receives donation of bulletproof vest
One of Milford's bravest and furriest is patrolling the streets a little safer, thanks to a generous donation from an organization.
Zeus and his handler Officer Emily Covelli are showing off his new bullet and stab proof vest.
It was donated by the group, "Vested Interest" which collects money to buy vests for police dogs.
Police say they're grateful for it.
Zeus graduated from the police dog academy in December.
Police say the vests typically cost around $950 vest.
