The father of a 7-year-old Milford girl banned from school because of fears of Ebola says she is back in school three days earlier than planned.
The father and school superintendent said today that they have settled a lawsuit.
Stephen Opayemi had sued the school district earlier this week saying his daughter was kept out of school because of unjustified fear.
The child had been in Nigeria for a wedding.
