Milford police say a man is facing charges after stealing electricity for four years.
Robert Uberti is charged with stealing electrical services from United Illuminating.
UI says its investigative unit caught him tampering with electrical equipment at his home on Spindrift Lane.
UI officials say Uberti stole roughly $7,000 in services.
