The Stamford woman whose three daughters and parents died in a fire on Christmas Day plans to sue the city.
The city tore down Madonna Badger's home on Shippan Avenue the day after the fire.
Officials say an attorney for Badger filed a claim this week stating the city destroyed evidence that would have earned her millions of dollars in property losses and compensation for mental distress.
