A report says nearly half of high school seniors in New Jersey head out-of-state for college -- and many of them never return.
"New Jersey Business and Industry" took a look at graduating seniors.
According to the report, 43% of New Jersey's first time college students head out of state for their education.
The report says 60% of the people who leave New Jersey are between the ages of 18 and 24.
