A gym in New Canaan is bringing a personalized touch to working out as more people head to the gym as part of their 2021 New Year's resolutions.

Hustle Fitness and Athletics, a mom-and-pop gym, says it already specialized in small, intimate classes before the pandemic. So when the gym reopened in June, it saw an increase in clientele looking for safe fitness environments and personalized attention.

Each client received their own personalized equipment from the gym so they can do the workouts at home. With the app, athletes can follow daily workouts and communicate with trainers.
