New Canaan police are relying on a newly-released sketch to help them find a man accused of robbing a woman while wielding a baseball bat. Police say the incident happened last week on Millport Avenue when the woman came home and parked her car. She says the suspect was carrying an aluminum bat and stole her shopping bag after demanding money. Investigators and K-9 units arrived on the scene, but were unable to find him. Witnesses say he ran down nearby Lakeview Avenue. Anyone with information is asked to call New Canaan police at 203-594-3500.
