9h agoThe family of a Norwalk man killed in Bridgeport says he was laid to rest in South Carolina this week - and they don't want him to be forgotten.
They say 56-year-old Army veteran Benjamin Smith touched so many lives through his service to country and community.
The family says Smith, who was killed in a roll-over accident in Bridgeport two weeks ago, came from a close-knit family and was a star athlete in high school.
They say the proud Dallas Cowboys fan spent decades working for the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers.
Smith is also remembered as being a gifted DJ and musician.
