Norwalk officer reunites with 1-year-old he helped deliver last year

Police say last July, Norwalk Police Officer Keith Torreso responded to a call about a childbirth where the newborn wasn't breathing.

Officers say Torreso administered CPR and the infant began to breathe.

That baby, named Eloise, is now 1 years old and was reunited with the officer last month.

Norwalk police say they are "appreciative of the opportunity" to meet the family.
