Police say a 22-year-old man was shot in his car last night in Norwalk.
According to police, the victim was sitting in the driver's seat of a car at the intersection of Taylor Avenue and Ivy Place when the passenger shot the man and ran off.
Investigators say that police quickly found the victim and transported him to a local hospital.
Police are concerned that yesterday's heavy rains may have washed away evidence in the crime.
