Several residents of Norwalk rallied outside City Hall before the Board of Education meeting.
Those on hand say they're concerned about the behavior of several members of the Board of Ed.
One board member stepped down last month, amid controversy over a post on his Facebook page. And two members filed a discrimination complaint last year with the NAACP against the Board of Ed.
Local clergy spoke to the crowd and say they hope the Board listens.
