Norwalk Mayor Dick Moccia and other city officials met with Meadow Street residents today to address concerns about the noise and odor coming from City Carting.Moccia says the privately owned transfer station has begun to deodorize trash, reroute trucks and store trailers off the street to help minimize its impact on its neighbors. Residents still say they're concerned about the smell.City Carting says any residents with issues should contact them directly.
