Norwalk school gets national recognition
Jefferson Science Magnet School in Norwalk celebrated today after receiving national recognition.
The school held an assembly this morning in honor of being named a Blue Ribbon School for closing the achievement gap.
Principal John Reynolds says he is proud of teachers, parents and students for the improvement in standardized test scores over the past few years.
Amity Regional High School in Woodbridge has also been named a Blue Ribbon School for 2014.
