A ceremony was held Tuesday at Norwalk City Hall to remember those who died during the Sept. 11 terror attacks.
Fourteen bells rang out for the 14 people from Norwalk who died that day.
It's something the city does each year to not only remember the lives lost, but to also pay tribute to the first responders who put their lives on the line that day and in the days to follow.
Federal, state and local leaders, along with the city's police and fire departments, were all there to pay tribute.
At Norwalk High School, a flag was placed on the front lawn for each of the attack victims.
