Officials say 19 people have been arrested in connection to a drug trafficking ring in Monmouth County.

Homes in Cliffwood, Neptune, Matawan, Long Branch and Keansburg were all targeted Thursday by police.

According to officials, the ring distributed cocaine and crack cocaine throughout the county.

Officials say all are charged with conspiracy to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine or 280 grams or more of crack cocaine.

Most of the people arrested following the bust could go to prison for life.
