Westport officials revealed a fresh new look for a historic town landmark on Monday.
Westport's Minute Man statue was renovated by professional restoration workers from Connecticut for the past several months.
The statue was originally commissioned by the state of Connecticut and given to the town in 1910.
Officials say there will be town celebrations in April honoring the town's historical contributions and the restored statue.
