A funeral is set for Sunday for Murray Lender, the Woodbridge man who helped turn Lender's Bagels into a national brand.
Lender's wife says her husband died yesterday from complications after he fell 10 weeks ago.
He was 81.
Quinnipiac University's School of Business was named after the Lender family.
