Plans for third a train station and commercial development complex in Fairfield have been finalized.
The nearly 40-acre commercial development will be built off the lower portion of Black Rock Turnpike. It will have a 1,500-space parking lot, four office buildings, a 175-room hotel, health club, day care center, restaurants and stores.
First Selectman Ken Flatto (D-Fairfield) says work on the project will begin this summer, and it is scheduled to be finished in 2008.
