News 12 cameras captured video of a heavy police presence Monday evening on the parkway near East Gun Hill Road. Officers swept the busy roadway amid the evening rush, looking for any suspects believed to be involved.
Police say the teenage boy was swimming in the river with a group of friends and got out during a fight. Investigators say they believe the victim was chased to the parkway, where he was stabbed repeatedly.
